3. Customer-Supplied Intellectual Property Customers commissioning personalised textiles may supply names, logos, photographs, artwork, monograms, trademarks or other designs. By providing such material, the customer confirms that they own the material or have sufficient permission to use it for the requested manufacturing purpose. The customer remains responsible for claims arising from unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property supplied by the customer. House of Bansilal reserves the right to refuse designs that appear unlawful, infringing or inappropriate.
4. Quotations Unless otherwise stated, quotations are based on the specifications, quantities and requirements supplied by the customer. Changes to quantity, design, construction, colour, material, delivery location or other specifications may result in revised pricing or manufacturing periods.
5. Order Confirmation An order becomes confirmed when the required commercial terms have been agreed and the applicable payment requirement has been fulfilled. For custom production, customers are responsible for checking names, spelling, logos, artwork, colours and specifications before approving production.
6. Personalised Products Many House of Bansilal products are custom manufactured. Minor variations inherent to textile production, weaving, printing, coating, colour reproduction and finishing may occur and will not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.
7. Production Periods Production periods quoted for customized products are estimates based on normal manufacturing conditions. Delays may occasionally occur because of raw-material availability, design modifications, machinery, quality-control requirements, shipping interruptions or other circumstances outside reasonable control. Where possible, we will communicate material delays affecting an order.
8. Pricing & Taxes Prices are quoted according to the product, personalisation, quantity and delivery requirements. Applicable taxes, duties and shipping charges will be handled according to the quotation or invoice. International customers are responsible for destination-country duties or taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Shipping Shipping terms are governed by our current Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
10. Cancellations & Returns Customized products cannot ordinarily be cancelled once production-related work has commenced and are not ordinarily returnable because of change of mind. Claims relating to manufacturing defects or incorrect supply will be handled according to our Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
11. Product Images & Colour We make reasonable efforts to represent products accurately. However, colours and surface appearance may vary according to lighting, photography, screen settings and the characteristics of textile materials. Images should therefore be treated as representative unless a particular physical sample or approved specification has been agreed.
12. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, House of Bansilal will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, delivery delays outside our reasonable control or misuse of products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
