Most House of Bansilal products are manufactured specifically for each customer. Production and delivery periods therefore vary according to the product, personalisation and quantity ordered.
Manufacturing Period Indicative manufacturing periods are: Printed Suit & Jacket Linings: approximately 15–20 working days Logo-Woven Jacquard Linings: approximately 45 working days NameWoven Bespoke Suiting: approximately 60 working days Special products and complex custom development may require additional time. Any production period communicated at quotation stage is an estimate unless a specific delivery commitment has been confirmed by us in writing.
Shipping Within India Domestic orders may be shipped through established courier providers, including DTDC or another suitable service depending on the destination.
International Shipping International consignments may be shipped using DHL, FedEx or another suitable international courier depending on destination, shipment characteristics and service availability.
Delivery Period Transit time begins after manufacturing has been completed and the order has been dispatched. Indicative courier transit times are: India: approximately 3–5 business days International: approximately 5–8 business days Customs processing, remote-area delivery, weather, public holidays and carrier delays may affect these estimates.
Tracking Where tracking is available, shipment details will be provided after dispatch by email, WhatsApp or another agreed communication method.
Shipping Address Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We do not normally ship customized textile consignments to PO Box addresses.
Import Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duty, VAT, customs charges, brokerage charges or other government levies in the destination country. Unless specifically included in our quotation, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Cancellation of Customized Orders Because our products are predominantly made to order, customers should review all specifications carefully before confirming an order. A request to cancel or modify an order must be made as soon as possible. Once design development, personalisation, material preparation or manufacturing has commenced, cancellation or alteration may not be possible. Any cancellation accepted by House of Bansilal will be subject to the work already completed, materials procured and costs already incurred.
Personalised & Made-to-Order Products Customized, personalised, specially woven, coated or printed fabrics are manufactured specifically for the customer and therefore cannot ordinarily be returned or refunded because of a change of mind.
Manufacturing Defect or Incorrect Supply If you believe you have received fabric with a manufacturing defect or an item materially different from the specification approved by you, please contact us promptly after delivery and provide: Order / invoice details Description of the issue Clear photographs or video where applicable We will review the matter and advise the appropriate resolution. Customers should not cut, tailor, wash or otherwise process fabric that they intend to report as defective before contacting us.
Colour & Digital Displays Colours displayed on phones, computers and other screens may differ slightly from physical textile colours because of screen calibration, photography and lighting. Where exact colour matching is essential, customers should discuss sampling or colour approval with us before confirming production.
Customer-Supplied Designs House of Bansilal may decline personalisation containing material that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing or otherwise unsuitable for manufacture.
Policy Changes House of Bansilal reserves the right to update this policy from time to time.
