House of Bansilal manufactures predominantly bespoke and made-to-order textile products. Payment terms therefore form an important part of order confirmation.
Order Confirmation After your product specification, quantity, price and other commercial terms have been agreed, House of Bansilal may issue a Pro Forma Invoice containing the relevant order and payment details. Customers should verify the invoice details before making payment.
Payment Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customized and made-to-order production will commence only after the required payment has been received and cleared. Available payment methods will be communicated on the invoice or at the time of checkout, where applicable.
Bank & Online Payments Payment may be made through the payment methods offered by House of Bansilal at the time the order is placed. Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment information and transaction references are accurate.
International Payments For international orders, intermediary bank charges, currency conversion charges or other transaction fees imposed by the customer's bank or payment provider may apply. Such third-party charges are normally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Taxes Applicable Indian taxes will be charged where required by law. International buyers may also be responsible for import duties, VAT, customs charges or other taxes imposed by their destination country.
Payment Security Where payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway, payment-card information is handled according to that provider's security procedures and is not intended to be stored by House of Bansilal.
Changes to this Policy House of Bansilal may amend this Payment Policy from time to time. Any revised policy will become effective when published on this website.
