Custom PrintedLining Fabric
Your Design. Your Idea. Your Signature.

The finest bespoke garments are distinguished by details that are not always visible at first glance.
While the outer fabric defines the appearance of a suit or jacket, the lining provides an opportunity to express something far more individual.
At House of Bansilal, we create Custom Printed Lining Fabric for suits, jackets, blazers, tuxedos, Bandhgalas and other tailored garments.
Customers can provide their own finished design or simply share an idea with us. Our graphic designer can then help transform that concept into artwork suitable for printing on lining fabric.
You Provide the Design — We Print It
If you already have a completed design, pattern, illustration or artwork, you can share it with us for custom printing.
Our team reviews the artwork to determine whether it is suitable for fabric printing and repeating across the required width and length of the lining.
Depending on the design, adjustments may be required to achieve the correct repeat, proportions, placement or overall presentation on fabric.
This service is particularly useful for bespoke tailors, fashion designers, menswear brands, made-to-measure houses and individual customers who want something exclusive for their garments.
Have an Idea but No Finished Artwork?
You do not need to be a graphic designer to create your own custom lining.
If you have an idea but do not have print-ready artwork, explain your concept and share any references, colours, motifs or visual direction that can help us understand what you would like to create.
Our graphic designer can then develop your idea into custom lining artwork.
Your concept could be based on a theme, city, profession, hobby, wedding, travel story, artistic style, symbols, initials or another idea with personal or commercial significance.
From Your Idea to Custom Artwork
Our custom design process is collaborative.
Once we understand your requirement, our graphic designer develops initial artwork and prepares it for your review. We send the proposed design to you for approval before printing.
Reasonable changes—such as adjustments to colours, positioning, scale or pattern arrangement—can be incorporated to refine the artwork.
We do not proceed with printing until the customer approves the final artwork.
Graphic Designing Is an Additional Service
It is important to distinguish between fabric printing and graphic design services.
If the customer supplies complete, print-ready artwork, graphic design work may be minimal.
When our designer is required to create original artwork from an idea, develop a pattern, prepare a collage, modify artwork or make customer-requested revisions, graphic designing is treated as an additional professional service.
Design and artwork development charges therefore depend on the complexity of the design and the work required. The applicable charges can be discussed before artwork development begins.
A Custom Lining Can Tell a Story
A custom lining can be almost anything the customer imagines.
A wedding jacket could feature artwork inspired by the couple’s story. A traveller might choose illustrations representing favourite destinations. A designer could develop an exclusive pattern for a new menswear collection. A bespoke tailor could commission a signature lining available only to their clients.
The outside of the garment can remain classic and understated, while the inside reveals an entirely different personality.
That contrast is one of the reasons custom lining has become such an interesting element of modern bespoke tailoring.
Ideal for Bespoke Tailors and Fashion Designers
For tailoring businesses, custom printed suit and jacket lining can become an important point of differentiation.
Rather than offering every customer the same selection of standard linings, a bespoke tailor can give selected clients the opportunity to create something specifically for their garment.
Fashion designers and menswear brands can similarly commission exclusive lining patterns that complement their collections.
Custom lining can therefore serve both purposes: personal expression for an individual and creative differentiation for a brand.
Our Custom Printed Lining Process
Share your design or idea—send us finished artwork, or explain the concept you would like us to create.
If design assistance is required, our graphic designer develops the artwork. Additional designing charges apply according to the work involved.
We send the artwork for customer review. Reasonable requested changes can be incorporated; additional or extensive revisions may attract further design charges.
The customer confirms the final design before production, and only then do we print it onto the lining fabric.
The completed fabric can be shipped to customers around the world.

Your Idea. Designed for Your Lining.
At House of Bansilal, customization is about giving customers the freedom to create something beyond an ordinary catalogue design.
You can arrive with finished artwork—or simply arrive with an idea.
Our graphic designer can help turn that idea into a design, refine it with your feedback and prepare it for your approval before the fabric enters production.
The result is not simply another lining. It is your design, created for your garment.
